How The Contest Works

Everyone who wishes to participate must complete and submit the contest entry forms which can be downloaded by clicking the button below.

The contest period is from January 1, 2023, to February 29, 2024. You will have until March 15, 2024, to submit your completed contest packet.

All legitimate and complete contest entries received by March 15, 2024, will be reviewed by the Magnetic Marketing team, and the semi-finalists will be chosen and announced via social media on April 1st.

On April 15th the semi-finalists will be narrowed down to 3 finalists who will compete live on stage at the SuperConference for the coveted title of 2024 Marketer of the Year.

Judging will be based
on the following:

  • ​Increase in leads, customers, clients, patients, sales, or profits resulting from the use of Magnetic Marketing principles
  • ​Changes in autonomy achieved resulting from the use of Magnetic Marketing and Renegade Millionaire principles
  • ​The use and ability to display successful Magnetic Marketing campaigns that have been implemented

Winners Weekend?

“Winners Weekend” includes a 2-night stay for you and your guest at a 5-star hotel in the vacation capital of the United States – Cleveland, Ohio. You will be wined, dined, and entertained with the best that Cleveland has to offer.

Let’s be real, we are all going to Cleveland because it means we get to be wined, dined, and entertained with Dan Kennedy. 😊

The highlight of the 2-days will be a small group consultation day with Dan where you will work with him directly and personally on your business. This is a priceless opportunity.

To Officially Compete In The Contest

Here's What You Need To Do

1.  Sign the Contest Entry and Authorization Form.

2.  Submit a PDF overview of why you should be Marketer of The Year – this should be a minimum of 1-2 paragraphs of what you have accomplished and the results that it has had on your business and your autonomy. This can be 1 Big Idea you have implemented or a chain of events that have culminated in your best year.

3.  Include examples of how you used Magnetic Marketing to create your success. This can be in PDF or video format and should include the statistics and results.

4.  Completed entries must be received before the deadline of March 15, 2024.

  • ​The odds of winning the 2024 Marketer of the Year competition depend on the number of people who enter and cannot be determined in advance.
  • This contest is open to all Magnetic Marketing members who are 18 years or older.
  • All federal, state, and local laws apply to this contest, and it’s void where prohibited by law.
  • All judging decisions are final.
  • The final winner will be chosen by a panel of judges, and the audience vote at the 2024 SuperConference. Contestants are forbidden from influencing votes of the judges or the audience by any means other than their participation at the SuperConference. This includes room drops, marketing campaigns targeted to attendees prior to or during the event, distribution of leaflets, pins/buttons, or signage.
  • Magnetic Marketing reserves the right to interpret these rules and regulations, and if necessary, amend the rules, contest entry regulations, and/or prizes at its sole discretion and without notice to the individual competitors.
  • All materials, content, and information submitted to Magnetic Marketing, in part or in whole as your contest entry packet become the sole and exclusive property of Magnetic Marketing and may be used by Magnetic Marketing in any way without permission or any compensation to those who submitted the materials.
  • Competitor scores are confidential and will not be revealed.
  • Magnetic Marketing reserves the right to deny any contest entry at its sole discretion. Or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest or any portion hereof at anytime.
  • Submission of your contest entry packet constitutes your express consent and permission for Magnetic Marketing to use your name, company name, picture, and contest entry materials in whole or in part for promotional and advertising purposes to promote Magnetic Marketing, its coaching programs, memberships, products, and services in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the Marketer of the Year competition. Submission of contest entry packet will be deemed your acceptance of these rules and regulations (which may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Magnetic Marketing all right, title, and interest, including copyright, of your photographs, audio and video footage of you, and your written responses. All materials submitted become the property of Magnetic Marketing and will not be returned.
  • Each participant assumes all risk of injury, harm, loss of any kind that arises from participation in the Marketer of the Year competition. Participants in the competition release Magnetic Marketing and its directors, officers, and employees from all risk, loss, injury, damage, or harm that may arise from participating in the contest.
  • Contest ends on March 15, 2024 and the 3 finalists will be required to present their submission at the 2024 SuperConference in Dallas, TX where the winner will be announced. The winner must be present to win.

The winner of the 2024 Marketer of the Year will serve as the “2024 Marketer of the Year” for 1 year or until the 2025 Super Conference, whichever comes first. During that time the winner is required to comply with the 2024 Marketer of the Year Code of Conduct:

  • Membership. As the 2024 Marketer of the Year, you agree to maintain an active membership for at least one year after being awarded the position.
  • Champion of Magnetic Marketing. In all ways, you should be a “good steward” of our Company and help the growth and success of our organization. Because our members will look up to you as a representative of the leadership of our Company, you agree that you will not in any way, in any forum, including verbal, written, electronic, or video, disparage either Magnetic Marketing (the “Company”), or any of its officers, directors, or employees. Additionally, you agree that you will not engage in activities that would cause harm, spread gossip, or otherwise damage the company.
  • Open Lines of Communication: If you, as 2024 Marketer of the Year, have a problem or concern about anything related to Magnetic Marketing, you have an open line directly to the Chief Business Strategist, Darcy Juarez. Please bring any concern directly and confidentiality to us so they may be addressed promptly. Our goal is to take a productive approach to resolving issues to eliminate hard feelings or unproductive, unnecessary gossip. You agree to refrain from making, or causing to be made, any negative or disparaging comments, either verbal or in writing, which might reasonably be considered to harm, disparage, or damage Magnetic Marketing’s name and reputation.
  • Complaints: On occasion, other members, clients, and prospects may share with you problems, concerns, and even complaints about Magnetic Marketing, its officers, directors or employees, and the Company’s programs because they will see you as a part of the Company’s team. We do not want to burden you with these issues, and we do not expect you to resolve them. We do ask that you encourage the person who is upset to speak directly to Darcy Juarez or the team and reinforce that we are eager to do whatever it takes to resolve their concerns and make sure their problems are addressed to their complete satisfaction. If you become aware that a member or other person is complaining, upset or unhappy with us in any way, please notify the Company right away so we can address it and make it right.
  • Code Of Ethics. As the Marketer of the Year for our Company, it is important to maintain a high level of integrity. To that end, the Company has zero tolerance for racist, hateful, sexist, or other unprofessional comments, jokes or activities, or unlawful behaviors or activities, and will terminate any relationship that engages in this conduct, including the role of Marketer of the Year.
  • Conflicts of Interest. As the Marketer of the Year, one of your most important roles is to promote and be an advocate for Magnetic Marketing. As such, you agree to not use your position to publicly endorse or promote services or products that are directly competitive to Magnetic Marketing. Specifically, that would be other consultants offering similar marketing or services that would replace or compete directly with Magnetic Marketing. You are free to engage and do business with any company you choose, but we do ask that you don’t use your title of Marketer of the Year to advertise direct competitors. This would exclude companies that we currently partner with and are actively partnering with. Additionally, you agree that you shall not use your title and access to the Company’s clients to solicit our members and clients for any product or service that may be offered by you or by any third party not affiliated or associated with the Company without first obtaining written permission from Magnetic Marketing.
